Admin assistant

My client is seeking to employ a Admin Assistant to join their team. The perfect candidate must be hard working, dedicated and must be willing to go the extra mile. The position will require extensive attention to detail and a person that is very organised and structured.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
  • 2-4 years working experience working as an Admin Assistant.
  • Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence.
  • Proficient on MS Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Experience creating folders, updating client and tenant information.
  • Experience working in the Property Industry will be an advantage.
  • Must be flexible with working hours – this is not a 09-05 position!
