A well-established company based in Kuilsriver is currently seeking to employ an experienced Office Administrator to join their team.
- Matric/ Grade 12 Certificate.
- 3 years administrative experience.
- Pastel experience on a complete stock system.
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- Must be Proficient with Excel and MS word.
- Good telephone ethic.
- Must be efficient and methodical.
- Must be bilingual.
- Must have own transport and valid driver’s license.
- Stock control.
- Answering of phone.
- Assisting walk in clients.
- Check loads before they go out.
- Follow up on payments.
- Handling of petty cash.
- Renewing of postal, bank and motor licenses.
- Ordering of office materials.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Afrikaans).
- Strong time management and planning skills and able to prioritize in a flexible manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work and perform under pressure.
Job type: 3 month contract with the possibility of permanent employment thereafter.
