A well-established company based in Kuilsriver is currently seeking to employ an experienced Office Administrator to join their team.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Matric/ Grade 12 Certificate.
  • 3 years administrative experience.
  • Pastel experience on a complete stock system.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
  • Must be Proficient with Excel and MS word.
  • Good telephone ethic.
  • Must be efficient and methodical.
  • Must be bilingual.
  • Must have own transport and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Stock control.
  • Answering of phone.
  • Assisting walk in clients.
  • Check loads before they go out.
  • Follow up on payments.
  • Handling of petty cash.
  • Renewing of postal, bank and motor licenses.
  • Ordering of office materials.

Personal Competencies:

 

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Afrikaans).
  • Strong time management and planning skills and able to prioritize in a flexible manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work and perform under pressure.

 

Job type: 3 month contract with the possibility of permanent employment thereafter.
