Junior Business Analyst & Projects Manager

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Data collection and analysis
  • Feasibility studies and motivation
  • User, business and project requirement scoping
  • Documenting and presenting workflows
  • Project management, planning, budgeting and documentation (PMO)
  • Activity scheduling and goal setting
  • Progress reporting
  • Build test cases, conduct testing and feedback to developers and customers
  • Develop testing and user manual documentation
  • Standardise internal business and project processes
  • Stakeholder management and communicatiom

Qualification & Experience Required:

  • Matric
  • Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / Commercial Diploma/Degree.
  • 1-3 Years Business Analysis and Project Management experience.
  • FMCG, Retail, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics and/or IT related experience

Technical skills & Abilities:

  • Above average computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
  • Process mapping and analysis
  • Business improvement
  • Write professional documents
  • Gathering user and business requirements
  • Basic knowledge of warehousing, distribution and logistics
  • Basic knowledge of IT and software development
  • Basic knowledge of business acumen
