Receptionist / Administrator

Our client based in Bellville is urgently seeking an Receptionist to join their dynamic fast paced environment.

  • Invoices & POD’S
  • E-mailing POD’s on request to Credit controllers
  • Monthly boxing of POD’s
  • All couriers and branch pods needs to be sorted then Marked off on Daily invoicing spreadsheet
  • POD & CD FILING & control
  • File all pod’s in cabinet in debtor’s office. Numerical
  • FYW invoices received from Credit Controller & all other ad hoc Pod’s to be filed away with all other pod invoices.
  • Handling of couriers- door control
  • E-mail couriers- Dawn wing for collections
  • Make sure that all parcels leave CT and reach its destination.
  • Switchboard function
  • Reception duties
  • Front door control –Reception
  • Printer management- toner and paper orders and control
  • Assistance to other departments where needed
  • Assistance with monthly audits
  • Any duties allocated on an ad hoc basis, from time to time

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Sound experience in MS Word / Excel / Outlook
  • Non Smoker
  • Experience in pastel will be an advantage
