Technical Sales Consultant
Internationally established computer brand specialist retailer is seeking a tech-savvy Sales Consultant to join their progressive team based in Canal Walk!
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
- 2 – 3 years working experience in an electronics / computers / IT sales environment.
- General knowledge of computer hardware is required.
- Computer literate with knowledge of POS systems usage.
- Presentable with strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable transport.
- Willing to work retail hours.
Key areas of performance:
- Serving customers through effective enquiry handling and professional communication.
- Having a strong level of product knowledge.
- Assessing and booking in of products for repairs.
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store.
- Accurately describe product features and benefits.
- Following all policies and procedures.
- Involved with stock taking.
